Pensione Piemonte - Booking Rules
The required method of payment are:
- 20% deposit of the total amount at the time of booking.
- and payment upon departure for individuals and groups up to 20 people.
- balance due within 30 days of the invoice date for groups of over 20 people.
In case of cancellation of confirmed bookings:
- retention of the deposit of 20% if the cancellation is made until 12:00 AM of the 15th day before the date of arrival (eg. if the date of the check in is 04/30 the deadline for cancellation is within the 15/04 - 12:00 AM);
- 50% of the total amount if cancellation is made in the period from 12:00 AM on the 15th day before the date of arrival and 12:00 am on the day before the date of arrival (eg. If the date of Check in time is 04/30, the deadline for the cancellation is the 04/28 by 12:00 AM).
- Penalty of 100% of the total amount if cancellation is after 12:00 AM on the day before the date of arrival.
Booking at Pensione Piemonte the customer declares to accept this regulation.
